The following are some of the uppers mentioned as refleshing activities.
1、drink a glass of purified water and have a glass on your desk so you can keep sipping.
2、have a picture in your mind of what you want to achieve next.
3、breathe deeply. Take 10 deep breath.
4、massage your forehead with your index finger and thumb.
5、jog on the spot for a minute or two.
6、have a stretch, roll your shoulder, lean forwards and backwards, and to the side.
7、play some music that you find stimulating and surpportive.
8、massage your ears.
9、do some eye exercises.
